RCMP Complaints Commission to Issue Report concerning Police investigating themselves

Ottawa, Ontario – Paul E. Kennedy, Chair of the Commission for Public Complaints Against the RCMP (CPC) will release his Public Interest Investigation into Police Investigating Police, including recommendations for RCMP implementation.
