Chair's First Anniversary Message

To mark the end of his first year as Chair of the Commission for Public Complaints Against the RCMP (CPC), Mr. Paul E. Kennedy has issued a First Anniversary message. The document deals in some detail with the serious and growing backlog of review cases faced by the CPC when he took office.

"Thanks in large measure to the dedicated staff at the CPC, my first year on the job has been the most productive period in the history of the Commission," said Mr. Kennedy.
