Chair-Initiated Complaint into the Public Disclosure of a Criminal Investigation
The Chair of the Commission for Public Complaints Against the RCMP, Paul E. Kennedy, has today initiated a complaint into the public disclosure by the RCMP of its criminal investigation of the possible breach of security regarding the taxation of Canadian Corporate Dividends and Income Trusts.
